Call The Hall
If you have a bingo, call the hall that you bought your cards from, Once you call in the caller will be notified and will stop play. The 30 second timer will begin and the caller will ask for anymore bingos.

When you call in the operator will need, the color of the card, serial number at the top, series number, and free space number
Declared A Winner
Once the card is declared a winner, the operator will ask for your name, addree, phone number and email address
Collect your prize
The winning and verified card and player receipt must be brought back to the hall where you purchased your cards, within 7 days of the event. PLEASE NOTE, the card must be intact.
